This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands
• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account assistance, and product support
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service
• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• U.S. residency is required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance standards
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools
• Capable of working independently and staying accountable to schedules
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is advantageous
