Inbound Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands

• Support customers with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product assistance

• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service

• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency

• Complete assessments specific to clients, a basic background check, and a certification course prior to starting service

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Authorization to work in the United States is necessary

• Must be a U.S. resident, excluding those from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin

• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance standards

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficiency in using computer applications and online tools

• Ability to work independently while being accountable for schedules

• Completion of client-specific assessments is required

• Successful completion of a basic background check is mandatory

• Participation in a certification course prior to service commencement is essential

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is advantageous
