• Manage a pre-qualified inbox where over 95% of incoming messages represent genuine, warm leads.

• Reach out to qualified leads within 10 minutes of their response—no cold calling involved.

• Maintain a straightforward and personable approach during calls: avoid pitching and refrain from reading scripts verbatim.

• When a call isn't the appropriate first step, send a concise, natural email response.

• Once a meeting is booked, promptly provide a detailed lead summary.

• Utilize AI-suggested replies as a foundation, then adjust the tone and category according to your judgment.

• Proven experience in setting appointments or overseeing a reply inbox for a US-focused audience.

• Exceptional written English that conveys a personal touch rather than a templated response.

• You are eager to pick up the phone and are prepared to handle most conversations by voice.

• Comfortable working a genuinely flexible night shift.

• Self-sufficient; you don’t require constant oversight.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT is a plus.
