In-Store Shopper, Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the procurement, fulfillment, and shipping of products directly from your residence;

• Acquire designated products by visiting retail stores and/or making online purchases;

• Safely store purchased items in your garage, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible;

• Maintain accurate records of purchased products and fulfilled orders;

• Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and within the same day;

• Reach out to retailers to obtain refunds for products that were not delivered in full or to specifications;

• Collaborate with your manager and utilize the app and other tools to monitor inventory and report on order fulfillment status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have access to a garage that can accommodate at least 2 cars for product storage and shipping;

• Ability to completely clear the garage for GiftCash operations and work within the garage daily;

• Willingness to allow for the installation of racking in the garage for product storage;

• Open to having a shed in the front yard for package pickups and deliveries;

• Capable of completing 1-2 weeks of training at your garage location, which may involve staff entering your home and utilizing your home WiFi;

• Able to undertake 1 week of training at an alternate location (travel, accommodation, and training expenses will be covered by the company);

• Reliable truck or SUV required for daily visits to stores;

• Basic organizational skills necessary for inventory management;

• Strong attention to detail required for order fulfillment;

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;

• Availability to work on Saturdays and during significant sales holidays;

• Capacity to lift between 50-70 lbs. and remain active throughout the day.
