This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Maximize sales efficiencies while achieving or surpassing set net sales volume targets.
• Advocate for and uphold the culture of Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club.
• Support supervision and lead all facets of the sales process by mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales techniques and customer service practices.
• Maintain a professional and personal image that aligns with HGV's standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
• Proven history of exceptional performance in timeshare sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 2 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members.
• More than 2 years of demonstrated front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• Previous experience in closing sales or in a sales management role.
• Basic technical skills to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Active state real estate license (if mandated by the state of residence).
• Must live in a state where HGV maintains an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
