In House Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate timeshare sales and achieve targeted results.

• Adhere to production and effort-based standards while embodying the values of Hilton Grand Vacations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate effectively both independently and with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Engage in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions via platforms like Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Participate in Premier Sales Training, Hilton University courses, ongoing education, and in-house onboarding programs.

• Articulate product value and apply various selling techniques and product offerings, including deed and trust sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a High School Graduate.

• Have relevant sales experience.

• Hold an active state real estate license, if required by your state of residence.

• Must live in a state where HGV maintains an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN.

• Possess basic technical skills to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Exhibit a professional appearance.

• Follow production and effort-based standards.

• Provide outstanding customer service.
