In-home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, interacting with individuals in their residences.

• Travel up to 100% within a specified coverage area.

• Perform virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as required, including diagnostic and preventive services.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the applicable coverage area(s).

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses in the designated coverage area, as needed.
