This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

• Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations, interacting with individuals in the comfort of their residences.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinical partner, meeting the responsibilities of the designated position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining licenses across multiple states in the coverage area, as required.
