In-Home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations, connecting with individuals in their own residences.

• Travel within local areas and states where licensed.

• Perform virtual visits as necessary.

• Offer all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in designated coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the required coverage area.
