In-Home Traveler Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in clients' homes, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged.

• Foster reliable relationships to enhance overall health and well-being.

• Willingness to travel locally and across licensed states as necessary.

• Perform virtual consultations when required.

• Deliver all services offered by Signify Health, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the designated coverage area, as needed.

• Must be able to serve all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs as required.
