In-Home Travel Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-home health assessments

• Interact with individuals within their residences

• Address gaps in healthcare delivery

• Travel up to 100% within a specified service area

• Facilitate virtual consultations as necessary

• Offer all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license(s) in designated coverage area(s)

• Board certification is mandatory

• Capability to acquire and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed

• Ability to serve all counties within the state and adapt to other business requirements
