In-Home Physician, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in clients' homes

• Interact with individuals within their living environments

• Carry out virtual appointments when necessary

• Assess medication usage and medical history

• Execute physical assessments

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s)

• Multi-state licenses are preferred
