In-Home Physician – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Deliver part-time in-home health evaluations at members’ residences.

• Conduct visits lasting approximately 45 minutes that focus on individualized health discussions.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical evaluations.

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests mandated by health plans, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for every evaluation.

• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with suitable care.

• Travel locally and within licensed states as required.

• Conduct virtual visits when necessary.

• Provide Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Make referrals to members’ health plans and encourage participation from family members when appropriate.

• Ensure that primary care physicians are informed about members’ health and quality of life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage area(s).

• MD or DO qualifications are required.

• Flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states as needed.

• Capacity to conduct virtual visits when necessary.

• Ability to perform duties safely and comfortably in homes that may have pets, secondhand smoke, and other airborne allergens or irritants.

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
