In-Home Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments, interacting with individuals in the comfort of their residences.

• Establish trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Offer Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (such as spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).

• Valid, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
