This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

• Conduct in-home health assessments, connecting with individuals in the comfort of their residences.

• Active, unrestricted licenses in the relevant coverage areas.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Ability to secure and uphold multi-state licenses in the designated coverage area as required.

• Willingness to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs as necessary.
