In-Home Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments, interacting with individuals in their residences.

• Travel up to 100% within a specified service area.

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed.

• Must be able to serve all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs as required.
