In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within clients' homes, fostering engagement.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Review medication and medical histories thoroughly.

• Carry out physical evaluations and additional diagnostic tests as required.

• Travel locally and within the states where licensed as necessary.

• Perform virtual visits when needed.

• Active and unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
