In-Home Health Physician – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in clients' homes

• Interact with patients within their residences

• Foster reliable relationships to enhance health outcomes

• Perform virtual consultations as necessary

• Deliver all services offered by Signify Health, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in applicable coverage area(s)

• Multi-state licenses are preferred

• Availability to serve the following primary locations: Houghton (Counties: Gogebic, Houghton, Keweenaw, Ontonagon)
