Improper Payment Prevention User

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute IPP workflows in AST throughout their entire lifecycle: initiation, approval, and closure.

• Effectively translate business inputs from Transaction Owners into well-structured system entries.

• Ensure timely submission of workflows in accordance with GIP requirements and approval processes.

• Monitor the progression of workflows and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks in systems/processes.

• Maintain high standards of data quality by ensuring accurate and consistent data entry within AST.

• Validate that all engagement details are correctly represented in the system to support compliance and reporting.

• Upload and manage necessary documentation, ensuring that system data aligns with supporting evidence.

• Review and implement Global Interactions Policy (GIP) requirements for each transaction.

• Ensure completeness and audit-readiness of all required documentation (including contracts, approvals, POD, etc.).

• Serve as a control point to prevent compliance gaps and ensure adherence to policies.

• Assist in the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) through AST/Agora interfaces.

• Coordinate the processing of invoices and validation of Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Follow up on payments and ensure that engagements are financially closed properly.

• Finalize workflows in AST once all requirements (including payment) have been met.

• Act as a key liaison among Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance, and IPP COE.

• Triage and resolve inquiries from COE and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

• Proactively follow up on missing inputs to reduce cycle times and maintain process continuity.
