Implementations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete implementation experience for banks and credit unions.

• Guide enterprise implementations from the initial kickoff to launch, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and alignment with client objectives.

• Create and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Foster accountability among internal and external stakeholders to sustain project momentum.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to optimize execution and improve the client experience.

• Convert technical requirements into clear, actionable instructions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Recognize and proactively address implementation risks, escalating issues as necessary.

• Ensure a seamless transition to post-launch support and long-term account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management position.

• Proven experience in implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.

• Background in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
