This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Serve as the primary contact for TPA (an external client) during the implementation of new groups.
• Gather TPA requirements, which encompass contact points, deadlines, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, among others.
• Ensure that all requirements are recorded in the standard project templates and tools.
• Support the Implementation Manager and/or Implementation Analysts with various project tasks throughout the lifecycle of new group implementations.
• Maintain a comprehensive project plan and an open items log to facilitate project monitoring.
• Oversee daily coordination and task management for a team of Implementation Managers and/or Implementation Specialists to enhance workplace productivity.
• Perform administrative tasks related to data entry for new group implementations within relevant systems.
• Create client profiles using the CRM tool.
• Function as a liaison between the internal contracting team and the Implementation Team.
• Act as a liaison between the internal invoicing team and the Implementation Team.
• Provide support during the go-live phase for the Implementation Managers, Implementation Analysts, and the TPA.
• Engage in post-go-live discussions to identify and improve performance opportunities.
• Participate in the new group implementation lifecycle.
• Attend internal and external client meetings.
• Demonstrate the ability to organize high-volume tasks and meet necessary deadlines or project milestones.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail regarding all project requirements to satisfy client needs.
• Exhibit the ability to be a self-starter and take initiative.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare and/or pharmacy experience.
• Experience in coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
• Corporate experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Google platform/apps is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is necessary.
• Strong communication skills are required for face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
• A strong team orientation and a desire to succeed are essential.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to perform under the pressures of a fast-paced technology company.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver near-term solutions is crucial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with efficiency, grace, and ownership.
