• Technical Implementation: You will assist the Go-to-Market team with account configuration and customized solutions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Integrations & Migrations: You will oversee the integration and migration of Property Management Systems (PMS) with Beyond, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers.
• Product Integration & Readiness: You will play a key role in validating go-to-market frameworks, ensuring that new integrations are fully prepared for launch, meet customer expectations, and are well-documented.
• Documentation: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date documentation regarding technical, product, and go-to-market processes to aid both internal teams and customers.
• Product Expertise: You will cultivate and sustain an in-depth understanding of Beyond’s products, integrations, features, and pricing algorithms to provide expert guidance and documentation.
• Troubleshooting & Support: You will handle and resolve technical or integration-related inquiries, collaborating with Product and Support teams as necessary.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the Product Integration, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support teams to enhance processes and elevate the overall customer experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical support and implementation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of best practices in implementation.
• Experience in creating and maintaining support center articles and documentation.
• Methodical and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Demonstrated capability to rapidly learn and utilize cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Experience in cleaning and formatting Excel tables and similar systems.
• Familiarity with systems migrations and setups.
• Highly motivated and self-driven.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Posthog, Excel or similar systems is advantageous.
