Implementation Supervisor, Omie

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide and enhance the Implementation team through mentoring, feedback, one-on-one meetings, and performance assessments, with an emphasis on boosting team effectiveness;

• Create and organize onboarding procedures for new clients, concentrating on value delivery and advising clients on the best ways to utilize the solutions they have acquired;

• Advocate for onboarding methods that highlight value delivery, ensure clients meet their goals, and provide a positive experience with the product and any professional services obtained;

• Facilitate a smooth transition between Sales and Customer Success;

• Serve as a communication bridge with other departments (Customer Experience, Sales, Finance, Support) to address issues and ensure necessary coordination.

• Strong coaching and instructional abilities;

• Exceptional communication skills;

• Proven experience in leading high-performance teams;

• A data-driven approach;

• Familiarity with Customer Success and substantial experience in Implementation Success;

• Background in SaaS;

• Previous experience with retail-oriented products is advantageous.
