Implementation Specialist, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for newly onboarded SMB customers during their implementation phase.

• Assist new customers with the initial setup of hardware and software, as well as provide system training to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.

• Track customer progress and activities to promote product adoption and timely activation.

• Work collaboratively with support, engineering, sales, and product management teams to address complex issues and enhance the customer experience.

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and email inquiries.

• Foster customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as in sales and/or support.

• Proficient in Salesforce and capable of using data to shape engagement plans.

• Strong understanding of customer metrics and Motive success indicators.

• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and professionalism.

• Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Solid business acumen, including expertise in project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills.

• Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to ongoing improvement.

• Must be authorized to receive and access goods and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
