Implementation Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to ascertain their software configuration needs.

• Establish a suitable project implementation timeline alongside resource allocation to guarantee successful and timely delivery.

• Provide training sessions and offer recommendations to clients on best practices for software utilization.

• Communicate and collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to highlight potential risks to successful and timely implementation, along with suggested mitigative actions.

• Utilize business acumen to evaluate the viability and sustainability of implementation practices.

• Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and advocate for the client.

• Assist in documenting functionalities for users and administrators of the Omnigo Software.

• Support the sales team during the sales process when required.

• Respond swiftly to client inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 4 years of previous experience in an Implementation Specialist role or a similar position.

• Experience in Physical Safety or Security is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of software and technology applications.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work effectively within a team setting.

• Keen attention to detail along with strong documentation skills.

• PM certification is preferred.
