This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the implementation of loan origination software projects from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase.
• Collaborate with clients from financial institutions to collect requirements, comprehend workflows, and verify configuration needs.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and resources in coordination with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation timelines, task lists, and status updates.
• Organize data collection sessions, configuration discussions, testing reviews, training sessions, and meetings to prepare for go-live.
• Facilitate customer testing and review sessions to confirm functionality, identify issues, and ensure a smooth adoption process.
• Provide training and hands-on support to customers during implementation, go-live, and initial post-launch activities.
• Manage communications among internal teams, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks or obstacles, escalate concerns, and present updates regarding progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Keep abreast of product enhancements, new functionalities, and best practices in loan origination.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, implementation specialization, client success roles, or similar positions within the fintech, banking, financial services, or software implementation sectors.
• Familiarity with loan origination processes, lending workflows, or operations of financial institutions, including knowledge of the loan lifecycle from application through closing and funding.
• Experience with the implementation of SaaS, banking technology, lending platforms, core-adjacent systems, or other customer-facing financial software solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate project expectations, system functionalities, timelines, risks, and next steps to both internal teams and external clients.
• Proficient in leading remote meetings, customer presentations, training sessions, and collaborative working sessions with clients and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers in managing change during implementation.
• A customer-centric mindset with a professional, consultative approach to fostering trust and guiding clients toward successful results.
