Implementation Specialist – Digital Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout implementation projects.

• Familiarize clients with CSI digital banking solutions and the implementation procedures.

• Collect implementation requirements and align them with client expectations.

• Conduct data collection sessions to comprehend file movement and system configuration needs.

• Set up applications and assist with system configuration activities.

• Facilitate testing and review sessions with financial institution clients.

• Provide training and support to clients during the go-live phase.

• Offer post-implementation assistance for a smooth transition.

• Keep updated on product improvements and new features.

• Oversee customer data conversions, product configurations, and implementation projects.

• Assist financial institutions in maximizing the value of their digital banking technology investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related area.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional communication and customer-facing abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in banking, digital banking, or financial technology is preferred.

• A general understanding of bank accounting is advantageous.

• Previous experience in supporting software implementations or customer transitions is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
