This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adhere to the established Onboarding process, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that the Customer's expectations are managed from the outset of the Onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with customers to guarantee complete configuration within the specified timeframe.
• Keep clients engaged, enthusiastic, and focused on completing their implementation successfully.
• Ensure that our partners (customers) feel acknowledged, supported, and that the products and services you provide lead them to a level of success they couldn't achieve without us.
• Create new processes and suggest enhancements to all procedures to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks to eliminate project obstacles and engage the necessary internal escalation resources.
• Achieve or surpass productivity metrics while improving the customer experience.
• Address immediate escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts; serve as the central contact for the customer throughout the entire process, including product training.
• Act as the escalation point for the Onboarding Coordinator regarding challenges on other accounts.
• Assist with data conversions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ambulance billing.
• Have a strong enthusiasm for technology and its potential impact on both our customers and their communities.
• Demonstrate solid experience in managing tasks and deliverables, preferably multiple at the same time.
• Experience in a customer-facing capacity.
• Familiarity with implementation, training, or being a subject matter expert in billing software is considered an asset.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convert requirements into technical outputs.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating via phone.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in thought and execution.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Capable of handling multiple roles as needed.
