Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation process: define the scope, develop the project plan, initiate kickoff meetings, conduct weekly updates, manage risks and modifications, ensure quality assurance, launch the project, and transition smoothly to support.

• Analyze and enhance workflows: document the current operations of the pharmacy and design an optimized workflow that aligns with their routine, eliminates unnecessary steps, and provides clear value from the bot.

• Convert requirements into actionable tasks: create detailed tickets with acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog.

• Facilitate team coordination: ensure that clients and engineers are aligned on timelines, dependencies, and definitions of “done,” while assisting in decision-making processes.

• Maintain project timelines: monitor the critical path, identify risks early, manage project scope, and achieve milestones and go-live dates without sacrificing quality.

• Communicate effectively and with composure: set clear expectations, provide straightforward updates, and keep everyone focused on the next steps when challenges arise.

• Enhance each project cycle: evaluate completed cycles, refine our playbooks, templates, and tools—improving the project management experience and our internal processes to make future cycles more efficient, streamlined, and high-ROI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software implementation/project management or pharmacy operations with ownership of projects.

• Pharmacy experience: Although not mandatory, having a background in a pharmacy setting provides immediate credibility with our clients. Pharmacists or registered pharmacy technicians are encouraged to apply!

• Ability to translate operational challenges into structured requirements.

• Strong communication skills—provide concise updates, create clear documentation, and establish trust with technicians, pharmacists, and engineers alike.

• Exceptional organizational skills & responsiveness: prioritize effectively, respond to clients quickly with clear next steps, keep commitments visible, and follow up to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Effective project-tracking practices; you never allow action items to fall through the cracks and you possess a data-driven approach.

• Technical curiosity: coding skills are not necessary, but you should be interested in learning about new tools and how they can enhance efficiency or improve pharmacy/patient outcomes.

• Knowledge of handling PHI and familiarity with practical security and privacy best practices.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• A strong, approachable communication style that quickly builds trust and alleviates tension when issues occur. Clients have confidence that when you say “I’ll take care of it,” you will.

• Nice to Have: Experience with AI in healthcare.
