Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the prompt and effective onboarding process aligned with customer requirements and goals.

• Facilitate daily communication and cooperation with clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with customers to identify their business challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

• Execute Broker and Diversion plans tailored to meet client specifications.

• Maintain and revise internal workflows to monitor customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.

• Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED.

• Comfort with uncertainty and strong decision-making capabilities.

• Skill in influencing and collaborating across various levels of the organization.
