Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Retain & Renew Customers – Organize and manage onboarding initiatives for new clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering user adoption.

• Deliver Technical Tasks – Oversee short-term projects to create integrations and other scripts/tools that address customer-specific challenges and facilitate technical use cases.

• Improve Implementation Processes – Aim to enhance process efficiency and team performance by consistently identifying opportunities to improve our post-sales activities.

• Build strong relationships with customers, delivering outstanding customer service and support.

• Design vulnerability management solution architecture tailored for various asset classes and environment sizes.

• Comprehend the end-to-end functioning of integrations to effectively communicate intricate problems and solutions to less technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from the pre-sale to post-sale phase.

• Work together with the product team to prioritize and productize solutions to significant issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (attack vectors, kill chain).

• Understanding of compliance standards (NIST, ISO, custom policies).

• Experience in customer/stakeholder engagement (technical project management, consulting).

• Proficiency in programming (we use Python; any object-oriented programming is acceptable).

• Skills in configuring and deploying software integrations.

• Ability to learn rapidly.

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with security tools or other vulnerability management platforms (SIEM, SOAR, IDS) - preferred.

• Knowledge of data ingest pipelines (ETL, automation) - preferred.

• Understanding of cloud concepts (containerization, PaaS) - preferred.

• Experience with ServiceNow (configuration, end user experience) - preferred.

• Exposure to enterprise customer tech integration - preferred.

• Capability to work independently on complex tasks within a team environment - preferred.
