This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Provide cloud solutions tailored for the public safety sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational readiness and improve legacy workflows
• Manage the project lifecycle and implement technical deployments
• Facilitate activation, configuration, and training to ensure seamless integration of new solutions
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and resolve implementation tasks
• Confirm scope and objectives; document and track deliverables and milestones
• Foster alignment among cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee timelines, reduce risks, foresee potential issues, and provide escalation management
• Guide client project teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Respond promptly to assistance requests
• Manage the resolution of both technical and non-technical issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems at both the application and operating system levels
• Install, migrate, and upgrade products on expedited schedules
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all product offerings
• Create or enhance process documentation and improvements
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures as necessary
• Create and evaluate knowledge base documentation and FAQs
• Provide training on products and services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while focusing on customer time to value
• 4+ years of experience at the intersection of business operations, project management, and cloud implementation within Enterprise, Public Safety, or Government systems software implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred
• High school diploma required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as per government customer requirements
• Successfully pass a comprehensive fingerprint background check under the US Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Exceptional investigative, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and engage with customers of diverse experience levels
• Proficient in researching and resolving problems using a variety of tools
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages: Java, C++, or Ruby
• Knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Understanding of web services/web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON
• Experience with VMware and managing Virtual Machines
