Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated implementation tasks with a commitment to excellence.

• Employ robust project management and organizational abilities in the implementation processes.

• Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to pinpoint challenges and barriers in the client onboarding journey.

• Conduct client data file assessments at various phases of the implementation, assist in the documentation related to client data feeds, including mapping and specialized data manipulation, and support testing for new client implementations.

• Collaborate effectively with the internal team to discuss and identify resources that will efficiently address client data challenges, milestone implementation tasks, and any unique client requirements.

• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients to address data needs and concerns, offer status updates, and facilitate the installation process as necessary.

• Provide regular status updates to both internal personnel and client representatives.

• Manage project schedules and timelines using project management software and other company templates.

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

• Adhere to all company Privacy and Security standards.

• Perform additional duties as required, which may include data entry and/or other research tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a focus in Health Insurance or Administration.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Health Insurance claim data or in a related field is preferred.

• 1-2 years of project management or related experience is preferred, ideally supporting efforts to configure and customize a system or product.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.

• A solid working knowledge of web applications is crucial for this role. Experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or Healthcare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare, insurance, medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, Revenue, ICD-9, and ICD-10 is preferred.

• Applicants must be adept in the use of computers and various computer applications.

• Proven ability to prioritize and organize a large volume of projects.

• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.
