This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee HCM implementations for clients moving from one HCM system to another or adopting an HCM for the first time.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the results and coordination of implementation projects.
• Configure software and offer guidance on best practices, compliance, and setup.
• Organize training sessions and manage EDI third-party integrations as needed.
• Carry out pre-implementation discovery, gather requirements, and align future-state goals.
• Migrate client data into Excel workbooks for importing into the new HCM.
• Execute parallel payrolls and identify as well as resolve discrepancies in earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Maintain communication with the client's main point of contact and implementation team.
• Take part in transition planning and weekly implementation meetings.
• Conduct needs analysis for projects that require non-standard implementations.
• Identify and escalate concerns, troubleshoot issues, and refer matters as appropriate.
• Develop client documentation guides for the new system.
• Evaluate workflows, protocols, and training deficiencies; suggest and implement solutions.
• Record billable hours daily.
• Support various HR-related projects for multiple clients.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience as an Implementation / Professional Services Specialist is preferred.
• Extensive background working with HCM (Human Capital Management) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in Human Resources and/or a relevant degree.
• Capacity to adapt to changing processes and procedures with minimal documentation.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Personal mobile device required.
• A quiet, dedicated, and confidential workspace is necessary.
• High-speed home network connection required.
• A dedicated home office is needed to ensure confidentiality.
• Full-time availability is expected, typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; some evening and weekend work may be necessary.
• The company will provide a laptop, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
• Remote/home office work arrangement available.
• Flexible scheduling for occasional evening and weekend work as job duties require.
