Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute a high volume of intricate, multi-layered software project setups and configurations tailored to each production’s specific needs.

• Oversee incoming setup requests and written support tickets, prioritizing precision and efficiency across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Employ Asana checklists and adhere to established protocols for every project setup.

• Transfer or escalate issues to other team members as necessary.

• Use the Intercom ticketing system to efficiently track, organize, and fulfill setup requests.

• Submit software development requests and report bugs to the development team on behalf of users.

• Train and continuously support new Implementation Specialists to aid in setups.

• Assist in planning and coordinating user communications when needed.

• Occasionally provide support to Technical Account Management by contributing technical insights on setup accuracy, while primary client communication is managed by account managers.

• Collaborate with the Digital Project Manager on internal audits and project checklists to ensure setup quality and consistency across the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with complex, configurable software platforms (e.g., ERP, payroll, accounting, project management, or production systems).

• At least 1 year of experience in software implementation or project onboarding.

• Capability to manage high workloads and operate effectively under pressure.

• Ability to take personal responsibility for accurately completing assigned tasks.

• Self-monitoring, self-aware, and self-correcting qualities.

• A proactive desire to find solutions, rather than merely finishing tasks.

• A systematic, process-oriented work approach with a commitment to achieving precise configurations consistently.

• A genuine interest in becoming a technical expert in GreenSlate’s platform, eager to learn every setting, option, and configuration available.

• Proven experience navigating and configuring complex, multi-layered software systems; familiarity with customizable platforms is an advantage.

• Knowledge of production workflows and foundational accounting principles is a plus!

• Strong written communication skills, capable of clearly and concisely translating technical setup details in writing.
