This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of new customer implementations from the Sales handoff to go-live and the initial post-launch validation.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, ensuring alignment on timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and launch requirements.
• Collect customer requirements, workflows, business rules, and configuration necessities.
• Set up customer programs, workflows, permissions, rules, and system settings within Cardata’s platform.
• Verify customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure launch readiness.
• Provide onboarding and training for customer administrators, operational stakeholders, drivers, and end users.
• Manage expectations, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer action items as well as next steps throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and internal systems teams to guarantee smooth launches.
• Complete structured transitions to Customer Success and Account Management post go-live.
• Proactively escalate implementation risks to uphold launch commitments, highlight recurring challenges, gather product feedback, and pinpoint opportunities for process improvement.
• Consistently seek opportunities to automate implementation tasks and decrease manual efforts through system enhancements and AI-driven workflows.
• Contribute to the development of implementation documentation, templates, training materials, and scalable workflows.
• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, solutions delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of independently managing customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong capability to handle complex requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and launch risks.
• Proficiency in translating business and operational requirements into system configurations.
• Experience with configurable software platforms and the ability to quickly learn complex products.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including expectation management, stakeholder alignment, and training facilitation.
• High level of attention to detail, documentation, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.
• High learning agility and adaptability as products, processes, and customer needs evolve.
• Experience with CRM or customer success platforms like Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
