Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gather, comprehend, and document deployment and implementation requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Develop and oversee implementation plans, timelines, and project schedules while ensuring effective communication with clients throughout the process.

• Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate software solutions to facilitate successful deployments and ensure system functionality.

• Provide client training and ongoing support to encourage effective adoption and utilization of the software platform.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on implementation deliverables to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

• Create and maintain implementation documentation, processes, and best practices to support standard delivery for future clients.

• Regularly assess implementation workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the client experience.

• Work collaboratively across departments with implementation, support, and development teams to identify and resolve deployment-related challenges.

• Offer feedback to the software development team regarding product functionality, usability, and enhancement opportunities based on client and implementation experiences.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, SaaS implementation best practices, and trends in higher education to foster ongoing innovation and client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficient understanding of SaaS software deployment, implementation, version control, and support processes.

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as GitHub, HTML, Excel, and AI-assisted development or productivity tools.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

• High attention to detail and dedication to delivering precise, high-quality work.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and an interest in utilizing AI to improve workflows, productivity, and development processes.
