Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the integration of processes for clients within the product suite.

• Manage tasks related to the implementation of new clients and internal projects.

• Plan, execute, and coordinate activities for onboarding clients into the service suite.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, maintain regular communication, and escalate urgent issues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation and/or technical project management within a healthcare environment.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in a physician office setting, including knowledge of physician office workflows and processes, is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of payer or provider-based healthcare data sets is essential.

• Experience with project management tools is required.

• Technical skills in project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology, and cloud-based document sharing systems are necessary.

• Familiarity with extended medical terminology is required.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), are essential.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
