Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the software implementation process (typically lasting 8 weeks) for new clients, managing it from start to finish through phone, email, or virtual meetings.

• Collect and document requirements, validate project scope, and collaborate with clients to establish realistic timelines and program objectives.

• Serve as a client partner and intermediary for cross-department collaboration and resource allocation.

• Assist in the deployment of additional products and integrations, including RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations, among others.

• Deliver comprehensive training on our Learning Management System (LMS), tailoring best practices and workflows to meet each client’s specific needs.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring high-quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management, particularly in software implementations or related fields.

• Prior experience in training or software training is essential.

• Familiarity with fundamental online/SaaS (Software as a Service) concepts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in time management.

• A project-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience as an LMS administrator or trainer.

• Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning sectors.

• PMP certification or formal project management experience is preferred.

• Experience with data import tools is an asset.
