This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of client implementations while ensuring operational excellence within our PMO.
• Take charge of project administration, coordination, and follow-through across various client engagements.
• Oversee and manage project plans in Asana, including milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document notes, and distribute recaps accordingly.
• Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Generate status reports and internal updates as required.
• Ensure all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and current.
• Coordinate follow-ups and next steps for client-facing interactions.
• Keep track of outstanding deliverables and follow up proactively.
• Assist in training logistics and monitor completion tracking.
• Maintain documentation and timelines that are client-facing.
• Draft communications and status updates for clients.
• Monitor project health, risks, and timelines effectively.
• Compile identified risks and support planning for mitigation.
• Provide assistance with internal coordination among data, product, and customer success teams.
• Support readiness and communication for end-user rollouts.
• Familiarize yourself with TeamBuilder implementation processes; take full ownership of administration, tracking, and coordination.
• Begin to lead certain aspects of implementations, such as workstreams, smaller clients, or specific phases.
• Advance to independently managing smaller implementations from start to finish.
• Take on more complex projects with increasing levels of autonomy.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordination.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and execution abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while consistently following through.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving processes; able to operate autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep the team and clients well-informed throughout the implementation, ensuring clear expectations and timelines.
• Ability to engage professionally and establish personal connections in a professional setting with external clients.
