Implementation Project Lead – ITRC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from the kickoff meeting to design and user acceptance testing.

• Collect and analyze customer requirements across compliance, IT compliance, and cybersecurity workflows, configuring Optro solutions to align with customer specifications.

• Act as a project manager for Optro implementation projects of varying sizes, including small, medium, and large-scale initiatives.

• Provide guidance to customers on best practices for implementation related to compliance frameworks and controls, risk assessments, evidence gathering, issue management, and program operationalization.

• Track project status and manage both client and internal resources to ensure the completion of project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, IT audit, internal audit, external audit, risk management, or GRC, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, or deploying audit, risk, compliance, or cybersecurity systems.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks or security standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, or similar is advantageous.

• Strong consultative abilities, capable of guiding customers through intricate requirements, posing insightful questions, clarifying their objectives, and translating their needs into actionable implementation strategies.

• Capacity to quickly establish trust with customers and provide guidance with confidence, patience, and sound judgment.

• Comfortable thriving in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks that require ongoing learning and adaptability.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly in phone, email, and online interactions.

• Ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

• Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in managing one's own workload with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
