Implementation Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of our product and assist customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to design and user acceptance testing.

• Capable of collecting and interpreting customer requirements to configure the AuditBoard solution according to their specifications.

• Act as a project manager for small, medium, and large AuditBoard implementation projects.

• Oversee project status and manage both client and internal resources to ensure project deliverables are completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management, with direct participation in the implementation, configuration, or rollout of audit, risk, or compliance systems, OR

• At least 3 years of experience delivering software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting, from kickoff to go-live. Highly preferred.

• Comfortable and excels in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, requiring continuous learning and adaptability.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly in phone, email, and online interactions.

• Capable of engaging with all organizational levels using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Able to handle personal workload with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
