Implementation Methodology Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team responsible for developing and sustaining the Implementation Methodology for the PATH EHR Implementation.

• Assist IHS in the site selection process for locations entering a PATH EHR Cohort.

• Execute project management, administrative, and analytical duties to support the IHS PATH EHR program.

• Facilitate project coordination among Team GDIT, its partners, and federal leadership/project managers to ensure that contract deliverables and timelines are well organized.

• Engage regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure adherence to customer requirements.

• Oversee the successful completion of all tasks within assigned projects.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, communication plans, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in EHR implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

• In-depth understanding of expense and timekeeping management processes and policies.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, if necessary.
