Implementation Manager I – Retirement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transition of retirement plans from Business Development to operational execution.

• Build and nurture an operational relationship with retirement plan sponsors.

• Oversee the full implementation process of retirement plans.

• Coordinate and maintain direct communication with clients, brokers, and vendors throughout the implementation phase.

• Manage the collection and delivery of essential documentation and regulatory paperwork.

• Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.

• Conduct audits on individual plan designs to identify inefficiencies and ensure alignment with client needs.

• Apply applicable laws and regulations to clients’ retirement plans.

• Maintain consistent communication with onboarding clients.

• Stay updated on retirement-plan laws and regulations through ongoing training and education.

• Achieve or surpass required KPIs.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the team supervisor and department Vice President.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• RPF, TGPC, or QKA certifications are preferred.

• Experience in the retirement industry is advantageous.

• Ability to remain seated for the majority of working hours.

• Availability during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
