This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and guarantee the successful execution of implementation projects that align with business goals.
• Manage timelines, project teams, stakeholder communications, risks, project scope, schedules, and deliverables for multiple implementations.
• Offer subject matter expertise in the relevant product area and provide guidance to fellow Implementation Managers.
• Identify potential risks and issues while developing strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans that encompass tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
• Track implementation progress, monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Lead implementation kickoff meetings and outline team roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration among teams and resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks that arise.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions upon the conclusion of implementations.
• Identify stakeholders and formulate communication plans.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to collect feedback and address any issues they may have.
• Maintain logs for risks and issues while documenting risks, resolutions, and lessons learned.
• Define and implement objectives and key results.
• Create, update, and disseminate status reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure accurate implementation documentation is maintained.
• Gather data on time, cost, and quality to assess performance.
• Recognize deviations and develop corrective measures to keep implementations on course.
• Influence operational strategies, practices, and methodologies while advocating for best practices.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field is necessary.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams is essential.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and empower team members to take ownership is crucial.
• Proficient in managing and negotiating conflicts both within teams and with stakeholders.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
