This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Partner with clients to grasp their unique requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client configurations, customizations, and implementation workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Formulate detailed implementation project plans that encompass scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Lead and manage data integration efforts with internal VIVIO teams and vendor partners.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and promote effective collaboration.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Support client reporting and subsequent client projects post-launch.
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends, communicating relevant implications.
• Identify potential project risks and devise strategies for mitigation.
• Tackle project challenges and conflicts as they emerge.
• Supervise implementation tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to established plans.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams, external vendor partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and documentation throughout the implementation process.
• Report directly to VIVIO’s VP of Client Success.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the benefits industry, such as TPA or PBM.
• Prior experience in Medical PBM is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with claims processing, formulary management, rebate programs, and benefit/eligibility configuration and testing.
• Proven experience in coordinating implementations with TPAs, brokers/consultants, and other vendor partners.
• Strong project management capabilities; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and a solid process background.
• Client-centric approach and dedication to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to design effective solutions for unconventional or complex client benefit arrangements.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining attention to detail.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
