📋 Description

• Overseeing client implementation strategies from initiation to launch and transition to Client Success.

• Managing multiple simultaneous implementations while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Collecting business requirements and converting them into concise internal specifications.

• Acting as the main liaison for client implementation stakeholders.

• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care teams.

• Proactively identifying and addressing implementation risks with urgency and diligence.

• Contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices as the Implementation function expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or program management, preferably within digital health, benefits, or related B2B2C sectors.

• Be a relationship-focused communicator.

• Exhibit structured project management skills.

• Be analytical and detail-oriented.

• Demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

• Show adaptability and resourcefulness.

• Have a deep understanding and empathy for the autoimmune experience.
