Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects with clients, from the transition of sales handoff to user testing and post-launch activities.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage critical deadlines.

• Become an expert in Vesta products, supervising the configuration and customization of the Loan Origination System (LOS).

• Serve as a solutions consultant throughout the entire implementation process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, design, and engineering.

• Create and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving a diverse range of executive, business, and technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Familiarity with software deployment in established enterprise environments.

• Capability to align project planning with execution.

• Ability to champion both customer and company requirements effectively.

• A strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to understand the mortgage ecosystem.
