Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Guide customers through the implementation of VPL’s software and services.

• Serve as the intermediary among Sales, Account Management, Finance, Product teams, the customer, and third-party vendors.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from various departments to gather data, documentation, and specifications required for implementations.

• Apply a standard implementation methodology to define project timelines and ensure that milestones are met.

• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress, challenges, and risks.

• Record best practices and adopt continuous improvement methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in managing customer-facing projects and/or implementations.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in configuring web-based software solutions.

• 1-2 years of experience in activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts, as well as setting up workstations and label printers.

• Familiarity with remote desktop access software (e.g., GoToMyPC, AnyDesk, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and dependability.

• Ability to effectively manage one’s own work schedule with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines.
