Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Foster and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, such as clinical leaders, hospital management, and IT teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout pilot programs and initial deployments.

• Oversee intricate hospital implementation projects that involve various departments and partners.

• Establish project plans, milestones, and roles and responsibilities.

• Ensure that deployments showcase value early on and proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks.

• Demonstrated experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success.

• Capability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive execution mindset.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup settings.

• Solid understanding of the Spanish healthcare system (public and/or private) is essential.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required (Catalan is a bonus).

• Willingness to travel within Spain.
